If I could give them zero stars I would. I was forced to go with them at my current cabin up north in Door County. I switched to Ritchie Oil and Propane due to an 80 cent difference per gallon in propane costs. Switched out the tanks due to Ferrellgas not willing to sell me the one I had. I have called on 9/18 to have them remove the tank. I gave them a week to get it out....I was unable to get up here again until 10/12 at which point the tank is still setting there. I gave another call...LIVID this time to get the tank out of my small year in the next 24 hours. It is now 28 hours later and the tank still sits in my yard. I do not understand how or why it is so hard to come and get the tank. Winter is coming and I have very little room for snow.I had same issue with them 20 years ago at another location. This is the worst company I have ever seen. Its no wonder they went bankrupt a couple of years ago. It will be interesting to see how long before they go under again.Tom Bartels10/20/2023 - Email sent.

Everything works well but I'd like to see budget billing for metered clients. Every other utility I've dealt with has it but Ferrell gas.

No one gets a 5 star as there is always room for improvement, that being said: I have always had pleasant conversations when I call and quick service. I just recommended Ferrell to our neighbor in DePere who has a cottage by us. I'm sure he will get the same good service.

Local employees have a terrible attitude. When attempting to terminate service prior to a move the clerk told me that was not their problem until the new resident called them. They were given a termination notice in writing and two telephone calls and they continued billing me for two months. I had no choice but to use their service. If I had a choice I would use some alternative source.

The driver answered my question, and the whole process went quickly.

They filled my tank in the summer, but took my new high quality check valve and knurled brass valve cap (with new gasket) and exchanged it for an older leaking valve with a broken plastic cap. We didn't notice the leak until a bitter cold day this winter. Not only did the charge us for the service call but how much gas was lost? I called them, explained the situation. Our tank is currently at 10%.... I will call another company for a fill.
