“I don't know the name of the young man who helped me out, but he was AMAZING. We had to purchase a flip phone for my elderly father, as he had to enter an Assisted Living Facility. He's never used a flip phone and was afraid he wouldn't be able to use it. This young man showed me how to show Dad a short-cut for selecting his favorites, dialing out and how to activate his speaker, and made it extremely simple. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness. My 93 year old father is calling everyone now!”
“We've recently moved to north of Sturgeon Bay and brought our T-Mobile Home Internet Gateway with us from Milwaukee. It works ok, but we switched our mobile phones from a competitor to T-Mobile and couldn't be happier. Dan was the expert that helped us with everything, and our cell service is MUCH better. Tower upgrades up here are coming (slowly), but we've noticed an improvement since Labor Day when some of the tourist/seasonal usage went away. It's only going to get better.”
