Told me I couldn't get the titanium blue angels citizen watch . Went to another jewelry store they ordered it with no problem from citizen Guess they loss a sale . And now I also purchased my wedding ring and my girlfriends elsewhere. She should have tried harder.

George and staff came highly recommended. I was in Sturgeon Bay when my Rolex stopped working. Draeb Jewelers was able to fixed it in a few days before leaving for home in NC. Much better experience than I have had with my local jewelers back home. Thank you so MUCH!

I ordered a fossil watch from amazon and I was excited but I couldn’t figure out the date brought it here and they figured it out and did it for me no charge! I originally brought it there for a chain link adjustment but they spotted what I couldn’t see fixed it and got me on my way and the gentlemen were so so polite and over all the best place to get your watch maintenance done!! Thanks guys again!

I called Bill with less than 3 weeks notice saying that I needed a custom morganite/diamond engagement ring and wedding band. I told him the details, and within 3 days he had a 3D rendering complete. After a couple small tweaks, Bill had the design spot on. 14 days later, it was ready for pick up. I was absolutely amazed. It’s gorgeous and unique just like my wife. She teared up when she saw it and I couldn’t be happier with the service Draeb Jewelers provided in such a short notice. Great work!!!
