I recently picked up a precription for my husband at Sturgeon Bay CVS. The cost of that precription was $207.00 I paid this and took it to my husband. When I got it home he told me it was wrong that his insurance said it should only be $47. He called his insurance and they said that because the pharmacy filled his precription with the Generic it was more because the Generic was not in his formulary, at no point did the CVS tell me that they substituted a Generic when he has never gotten a Generic . When my husband called CVS (on hold with the computer 45 Minutes) a person in the pharmacy answered and said that the precription was not returnable even though it was in the original packaging with all the tags attached. I then tried to talk to the person to ask why I was not told it was a Generic, when I picked it up she just said I should have known and refused it. I tried to ask that when they say it was not in my husbands formulary why they filled it with that. She just said he should of known. I said EXCUSE ME, please let me tell you if you would of told it was a generic and not covered I probabley would not (got this far and, SHE HUNG UP ON ME) so she did not let me finish saying I would not of taken the precription home.

Started using this pharmacy 2 months ago and already have been having reocurring issues with them filling my medications on time. I have been going days without my meds as the pharmacy has been out of my medications. Very frustrating as the pharmacy is not able to tell me when the medications will be in. The pharmacy was not able to transfer script to another CVS who has the medication in stock.

On the Fourth of July my daughter ended up with a really bad ear infection. We did Teledoc and had her prescription sent to our regular pharmacy chain to the Sturgeon Bay location because we were on vacation. We went to pickup the prescription. And the pharmacy was closed for the entire day. I went to CVS and the pharmacist and the person working the counter were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about how to get the prescription transferred over to CVS. The pharmacist went above and beyond to help our regular pharmacy make the transfer. She made all of this happen in a very short amount of time even when she was so incredibly busy. Thank-you so much Amanda, Jesse, Dori and Shawn!!!

This cvs was one of the best pharmacy in door country, but it has changed the staff is rude or should I say very rude.I have moved all my scrips to a different pharmacyThey do not use there drive through it blocked off also the pharmacist is also rude ,not customer friendly i would have given this cvs store a 0 star but i had to give 1

The pharmacy is very slow. Called ahead to make sure the prescription was ready, I was told it was so I went to get it. Upon arriving the drive thru was closed so I went inside and had to wait 20 mins to get up to the counter to then be told it still wasn't ready.

This pharmacy always send me a convenient text when it’s time to get my monthly prescription filled and ask me if they can fill it for me, I LOVE that, the drive thru is always fast and friendly and easy, They ask me I’d like them to use the card on file which is so convenient because I don’t have to hand them anything, all the prescriptions that have been called in by a doctor or refills are done super fast! I love this pharmacy, they have a very efficient system that is such a benefit to its customers, sooo appreciate that!

This is the Sturgeon Bay Wisconsin location. I have moved my prescriptions to the local Walgreens. I no longer care to be yelled at by the woman in the pharmacy. She could use some training on customer service. Unfortunately, she does not wear a name tag but I have heard from others with the same complaints. The pharmacist is a gem at this location.

I have been a customer of CVS pharmacy for 10+ years. Month after month I have issues filling a certain medication. Today the pharmacist on staff told me "we don't have that medication. I don't know when we'll have it. If you don't like it too bad. Come see me then. I'm here come see me. Come do my job for me then." She was basically daunting me to come fight her. I spoke to the shift manager after that who told me that CVS has had lots of issues with this certain employee. This pharmacist does not order medication properly or fill medication properly and that she is "Lazy and just terrible at her job". This is VERY alarming considering she is in charge of people's medication. People of sturgeon bay DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

Very accommodative pharmacy staff. I temporarily transferred a Rx to this location, and they adapted very fast. Had it ready quickly too.

Pharmacy is a nightmare. Stopped in 2 hours after my prescription was called in. Was told they hadn't gotten to it and to come back in a half hour. Came back 2.5 hours later and was told they needed 20 more minutes. The tech also had an attitude when telling me this. Finally got my prescription when I came back an hour later. Should not take all day to get some eye drops...

Just got out of the hospital had 9 prescriptions to pick up they were called in around 2 when I left the hospital. On my drive home at 5:15 I called to see the status of them beings I have to take some tonight. They said 7 were ready but one was waiting on insurance approval the other they haven’t been able to get snd was waiting on the dr. I called the dr he sent it to Walgreens now it’s like 6:30 so I got that one then went to cvs to get the 7 they said we’re ready and they only had 2 ready now it’s 7:30. So I went off on them and said you don’t care about someone who just got released from the hospital. At 5:25 you said 7 were ready now only 2! Needless to say the worse customer service I’ve ever seen. After these are filled I’ll no longer use them and will switch to Walgreens! And corporate will be getting a call when I have time to be on hold for an hour or two lol

I went for my Covid booster, the girl at the pharmacy asked for my Medicare card. I didn't have it along but luckily the pharmacist told her how to sign me in anyway. She said " well, I'm not doing this for every person". She was too rude to be a customer service person.

I have had nothing but trouble getting my prescriptions at CVS. The pharmacist and counter Customer Service gal are very rude. I just switched all my scripts someplace else. I actually had to have my Dr fill out 4 prescriptions for my strips. Why don’t they just tell the Dr what they need to put on scripts? She also said it isn’t her job to call the Dr! Done with them. No wonder there isn’t much business there.
