The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice and quiet too. I slept well. Liz was great and called me to let know I left my phone charger right after I left (in time for me to come back and grab it) before I was too far down the road. I was there with an Airstream club but was unable to bring my camper and stayed at the motel. We all head a great time and were treated well. I will stay there the next time I am in the area.

We stayed here as part of a Wisconsin-UP Airstream club rally. A very nice park run by an equally nice couple. Would be happy to return.

I met the owners over two years ago and instantly clicked. Couldn’t have a better host and hostess for camping in the Sturgeon Bay area. They are truly wonderful people and really care about your stay. The campgrounds are very clean and well-maintained. I am a forever customer, you guys are the best. Can’t wait to see you guys next year.

Rooms are small and cozy beds were a little beat up but nothing to complain about. The price was good and the service was great and closely located to all the action.

Really enjoyed our stay! Perfect for a guys fishing trip and for that matter, trip with the family. Fish cleaning station onsite is a huge plus. Liz is very attentive to the needs of her guests. We will be coming back for many years to come.

The perfect country motel for a road trip. Off the beaten path, the rooms are very clean, quiet, and affordable, and the owners, Dave and Liz, are super nice and lots of fun. The fellow guests are friendly too! Our group had a great time at this hotel for our weekend getaway to Door

was up in the middle of the week first time staying at countryside motel they were nothing but friendly and helpful the rooms were spotless have stayed at many other places in the area and none of them have a beautiful fish cleaning station extras showers for campers and a wonderful area for hanging out with a few games to keep ya busy on a day when ya cant go fishing cuz of weather if you have any second thoughts about staying here put them to rest you will be very happy you picked them thanks so much for having us Steve

Stay here every year with our fishing club. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. You can’t do better than having Dave and Liz as your hosts. Really accommodating and they’ve worked hard to make several improvements. Looking forward to our trip there again next year.

Dave and Liz, the owners, are two of the kindest people I have ever met. I was there to relax and enjoy a fishing weekend when my car needed servicing. They picked me up at the dealer, drove back to my boat, hitched it to their truck, took me to the launch, and got me on the water. When I was finished, I called Dave and he returned to the launch and took my boat and myself out of the water and back to the motel. That evening, he again drove me back to the dealer to pick up my vehicle. The things he did for me were amazing and he asked nothing in return. I look forward to staying at their motel next year and beyond. The accommodations are clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed. Vince
