Dr. Randy and his staff are so kind and provide excellent service to their patients. Even though he is not my primary vet (he is unfortunately at capacity), he took me and my beloved dog in after hours to do an emergency quill removal. They saved us a long and tough night at the emergency clinic in Green Bay and I couldn't thank them enough.

I came in today for some bloodwork for my older kitty Sucre. The tech was so kind and caring towards her. I really felt like we were both given the utmost attention . Dr. Randy is very kind and compassionate toward my little kitty. I know he is very busy but he never seems rushed when talking to you about your pet. Great vet and wonderful staff!

Kudos to Dr. Randy & staff for helping out of state travelers with a dog that needed replacement stitches after recent surgery.All of this as the office was closing for the holiday weekend.He's doing quite well. Thanks much!

First time visit.Our dogs got in a scuffle and one received a cut on her ear.Bayside managed to set up a same day appointment.Randy and his assistants were great.We plan on switching to Bayside for all of our dogs and cats.

My dog was in very bad shape dying. They could not put her down because they had no time. One shot would have done the trick. They said she needed a physical. 13 years old , can't walk . Trouble breathing. And she needs a physical. He could of came out to the car. That is what they use to do.

I have been taking my dog there for over a year now, very nice service. Everybody is pleasant and welcoming and my dog doesn’t have fear from vet when going there at all. They have been really cautious when it comes to pandemic that is a plus.

Have taken great care of our GSD since we moved here. Recently were able to squeeze her in for a booster we missed over the summer (that was on us), and saved our vacation. Can't thank Dr. Randy and the team there enough, and certainly recommend them for your animals if you are near Sturgeon Bay/Door County.
