“Today , I was passing through on my way to Sister Bay from Green Bay when I noticed a panel underneath my vehicle had let loose on one end and was dragging . I googled the nearest service center which was Patriot , pulled into the Service garage and within 5 min my Lincoln MKC was up on the rack being repaired , and was completed within 15. The wonderful man in Service who assisted me said I was all ready to go , and there is no charge today . I couldn’t believe it ! It was fate this happened at the time and place it did . In Green Bay, I would’ve had to make an appointment and sat with my vehicle down until then . I cannot thank you all enough for what you’ve done for me today! Not to mention, I had my 80-year-old mother with me . This was a perfect example of an exceptional service experience , Going above and beyond for your customer! You have definitely gained my business, even though I live in Green Bay, if I ever have a need in the surgeon bay area, I will most definitely be back and always refer you to anyone in need as well. “Our car battery died while we were on vacation, and the team here made sure we didn't get stranded. I didn't catch his name, but one of their guys went out of his way to call around for mechanics to help us (it was sunday, so everyone was closed) and when nobody responded, he rolled up his sleeves and replaced the battery himself! Very quick and professional service that saved us a lot of worry, thank you guys so much!”

“My car broke down on Sunday evening . It was undriveable. Being a non-local I had no idea who to contact for a repair. Brent loaded my car onto his flatbed kept it overnight and called around to find me a mechanic who could do the repair on short notice. All this and the nicest, friendliest guy you could meet. “The folks at Reese’s were genuine, helpful and extremely affordable. I highly recommend their services.My story: My family of four was on vacation when the trunk latch on our car broke. After calling a few places, Reese’s said they could diagnose the problem any time that day. Later they said they were intentionally slow this week due to someone being out, but they looked plenty busy to me, so I greatly appreciated them seeing new the same day.Sure enough, they were checking out the problem within a minute of us arriving. They ordered the part, but it wouldn’t get in for two days. When I dropped off the car two days later, they said it would be done by around 3. They called me at 3 to report it was done. Plus, their charges were extremely reasonable.All in all, great service. Thanks!”
