Great bank and great people! They make things very easy. Never had any problems. Been with them for well over 20 years. And by the way, never have they forced me to change my password every 3 months. That's ridiculous. ?

I hate this bank. They force you to change you password every 3 months. If you have been with this bank for 3 years you will be on you 12th password which you will inevitably forget causing you to get locked out of you account. When you get locked out of your account you must call tech support which takes 30min. Stop making me change passwords...

The tellers and personal bankers and everyone I’ve ever worked with at Associated Bank (both Sturgeon Bay branches + Customer Care on the phone) are always friendly and helpful. They are willing to answer any question and find someone else to help if I’m asking the wrong department.

This local bank is located on the corner of 3rd st and Louisiana street. A very convenient location in downtown Sturgeon Bay on the main drag. My husband and I have been customers of this bank for a while and have never had a bad experience. We have always been treated well, with smiles and excellent customer service. The tellers are friendly, and the bankers are knowledgeable and always willing to help fix a problem or help you open accounts, take out loans, etc.

In a short period of time with Associated Bank I have been intentionally mislead, lied to by employees at this branch as well as at the main customer service location, and suffered very poor treatment by the branch manager when I made an in-person inquiry on the way back from a day of recreation. I guess I need to bring along my suit to get reasonable respect. The initial complaint was troubling but the way the issue was handled by Associated Bank staff was worse. Abby, a senior associate in customer service, told me she had no supervisor and that I was unable to speak to anyone further. Of course, I was told it was a miscommunication after I revealed the call was being recorded. She said it was because it was lunchtime. LOL This organization has a proven culture of systemic fraud and misinformation. IMO anybody who values their time or honest business relationships should NOT do business with ANY Associated Bank Branch.
