I am new to the area and I had to put my sweet Raja down. When making the appointment the woman I spoke to was incredibly kind. She explained my options and had everything organized for my arrival. The veterinarian and the technician were sympathetic and had genuine empathy. 100% recommend for your fur babies.
Update: The paw print they made is beautiful. They even sent me a card and planted a tree in her name. I’m not crying, okay maybe a little.

My husband and I are very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of this vet. Dr. Laurent is very knowledgeable and cares about everyone's pets. He gives excellent advice on how to best meet the needs of our dog! We travel and move around a lot so this is the first vet we've 've continually revisited, and hope to continue having Dr. Laurent as our veterinarian.

We have received excellent care for our dogs in the past years. The drs and staff are truly experts. They are all very caring , empathetic people. We are lucky to have them in Door County!

Had to have our dog put to sleep and the people here were outstanding. Very caring and sympathetic. Sent us a nice card signed by everybody there. Really appreciated there caring sympathy.

They suck. Refused to euthanize my Dog that just suffered a stroke due to cancer! Their phone recording says "we care for you and your pet" but they do not live up to that! My dog had to suffer because of them!!!

I am so angry we have a 11 year old boxer who has been a client of the clinic all his life he must of had a heart problem in the night could not walk labored breathing can't eat gums gray/white legs ice cold, We called them and explained it to the girl on the phone she said we don't have any openings today I said he needs to be put down she replied well we can do it on Monday I said are you f__king kidding me he is struggling to breathe she said it's not the most convenient but that's all we have they took our money for 11 year's diagnosing 2 time with the wrong problem oh they don't care about your family member unless they have a opening well no more this is our family member I never thought Lois would allow this type of heartless careless non compassion in her business. Very discussed

My dog was suffering and after every vet in door county (even my usual vet) told me there was nothing they could do for at least a week, Dr Jennifer told me on THE SAME DAY I asked, to bring him in. They could not have been kinder and more gentle to my dog. I have no problem sending all my friends and family here.
