0 stars worst customer service ever. The only reason they exist is because they have a Monopoly. I actually had to cancel my service so I could watch T.V. Every fix made the problem worse. I highly recommend moving if you have to deal with TCC

Snow, rain, wind, all impact it where if it’s not a clear day you have unclear service. Can also go out randomly when working. As someone working from home.... not my favorite thing to deal with.

Dan came and installed our internet service and was extremely efficient and willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. Looking forward to years of good service after the previous internet company.
