I want to share a review about this specific car dealership in Stratford because I feel like what they charged me was outrageous especially under the circumstances. So I crashed my car into a ditch right outside of roselleville and they gave me a choice of who to pick And I chose Klemme's. To tow my car 6.8 mi from just outside of roselleville to their location in Stratford 6.8 mi a smashed up totally wrecked car that I broke my back in and broke five ribs in and hit my head pretty hard which caused a hematoma on my brain. The charge for that distance was $475 It's bad enough that I just had a total loss of my vehicle that they charged me $475 to go 6.8 mi with a car that was going literally to the junkyard. I know from now on if anything ever horrible happens to any of my family or friends or anything happens to anybody's car I will never rely on them because they literally took total advantage of me. Think before calling them to tow anything of yours!

I have had several service and repair experiences with Klemme Sales and have been very pleased with the quality, speed and price of service each time. They know how to treat people right.

The car that I bought from here in 2013 I have serviced here. They do an excellent job. They are honest and always are kind and work with you to get your vehicle in. I highly recommend them for sales or service either or are top notch!

Fixed a warranty part (catalist) and laft a broken connecter fastened to it. Told me it wasn't covered but I needed to get it fixed. Why not call me and get an OK to fix it while it's on the hoist? They said they didn't have time!!!!

I paid to have a heater core flush done on my car and a couple weeks later i replaced the heater core and my fiance cut open the heater core and this is what he found the core was full of radiator sealant. They would have known that if they would have actually done a flush they would have been able to see it beed replaced. and i was told there was no way they did any type of heater core service. I have pictures to prove it but it wont let me post them
