I unfortunately had my car towed by this business. The driver was super nice and explained the steps I needed to do to get my car back. Nobody passed judgment on me and I get they have their own set of rules to follow just like any other business that have set policies. Thank you for being so nice and professional.

Online, it says the business is open 24 hours. That's specifically for towing, not storage, which isn't listed. Thinking it was open, I arrived at the shop to pick up my car at 4:15pm. Outside the door, there's just a tiny whiteboard with the hours written on it. Later, over the course of a few days, I had called a few times with questions to make sure I could pick up my car. The day I do get my car, I was told the cost would be $75. Cash only. I was never told cash only. It was claimed that whomever I was speaking to told me cash only each time, but they never did. They did end up taking my card...after adding an additional +$25 for no explained reason. No receipt, just got shuffled out to leave as soon as I paid.

I had a great experience with Bonafide Towing. My car died on the side of the road. When I called other tow companies I was told 3+ hour waits. When I called Bonafide, they told me 25 minutes because that’s how long the drive was to me. We were able to make it to the auto shop before they closed because of this! I am extremely thankful for their business and will use them again in the future if needed!Service: Car towing

Good people alot of people will blame the repo guys for doing there job . I'm sure they got the paperwork from my creditor unlike myself . It is what it is and that's why you get a lawyer and take it to court. It's been impossible to work with my creditor thru Covid it took credit acceptance Corp over a year just to get me the paperwork to register the car I should have known. But again this company just gets an assessment and does there job .
