“I have had several accounts at the Marshfield office of State Bank Financial for a number of years now. I met Stephanie Garbisch on my first visit to her bank when I set up my first accounts.Stephanie always has a pleasant welcoming smile when you walk in. Most of my interactions with the bank are by phone and always to Stephanie at her direct number that she gave me. She recognizes me each time I call even if it’s been months since I’ve spoken with her.Stephanie is very knowledgeable and has helped me with several special requests to get documents and replacement cards when and where I needed them that was convenient for me. Coordinating with other branches when I moved for me and when I arrived everything was ready for me to pick up.Stephanie really goes out of her way for her customers.
