I had to go to a Wells Fargo to set up my online banking. It was frustrating cause the numbers shown online were not my numbers. I work all night from 10pm-7am. So I drove 45 minutes to the closest branch. #0001363 just to show my ID and verify my identity. The teller, Elise, was so awesome and patient and very helpful. Thank you, Elise, for being amazing and knowledgeable. It was worth drive.

They have had a white SUV with its window busted out and plastic flapping in the wind parked out front for close to two years now. A tacky eyesore in our beautiful town.

They never answer the phone. Tried multiple times on different days (and months). Not exactly “customer service.”

They’re lucky they got a star from me. The staff is very unhelpful and lazy. Apparently, they are not aloud to answer the phone there or help they’re customers even when they have downtime. They are disrespectful and rude. I am going to another bank right away because of the lazy, arrogant staff members.

This bank refused to let me speak with branch manager. When I told the gentleman I was speaking with I felt dismissed by him and that I was trying to have a discussion about the ethics of the circumstances I was in he told me if I was going to insult him he would hang up on me. When I asked him if it’s an insult to ask him if he thought it was ok and good customer service to dismiss somebody. Who by the way wasn’t raising their voice calling names or insulting anybody but trying to hold a flawed policy accountable. He hung up on me and the branch is refusing to take my calls. This branch and its customer service is atrocious and this is clearly a small town bank. This will not be the last this bank has heard of me. Bad power trip to go on and one the branch will come to regret. Policy doesn’t dictate ethics. Period. This bank cares nothing for its customers. Go with another bank as fast as you possibly can because when you need them. You will get nothing.Edit: I will keep the public posted as to resolution if any is come to, to show if this is just a response so people browsing google will think they are actually doing something about these reviews. I filed a formal corporate complaint.Addition: I was contacted Via email in regards to this review. What will come to fruition of it is yet to be determined.

I have to sat that the customer service here is good I just have to wait a little while but after some time my issue got somewhat resolved it's not one of those things that really can't be resolved but she took her time and did her best... no line on a Friday
