Scheduled a covid shot and flu shot - arrived 10 min early and got the shot 20 min after my scheduled visit , whatever. I dont care about waiting.What did concern me was the person who adminstered my shot-asked me lift my arm outwards to give the second shot and I refused knowing that tensing any muscle would cause harm. I got the impression I was not welcome in the first place but it concerns me greatly beyond waiting, was perhaps the intent to cause harm by adminstering a shot into a semi-flexed muscle.If anyone else has had a similiar experience please post.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS PHARMACY. Service has really gone downhill at this store. I try to call to get a pharmacy issue resolved and am left on hold forever. I get inconsistent and conflicting information from the pharmacy, which is not in agreement with information from my prescribing physician. Definitely not trust-building, but certainly trust-destroying. I think it is time to find a different pharmacy.

I scheduled a Covid booster appointment and I get there the next day only to be told they have no one who can administer it and cancelled everyone. What a horribly mismanaged company.

The pharmacy here is horrible. There are two Techs that are rude every time I come in. They make me feel like crap for using coupons to lower my copayments. They will tell me the coupon doesn’t work so I have to ask for the pharmacist who is able to fix it. I’m so upset with them I’ve left crying multiple times. I’m now switching pharmacies

Does not honor posted prices and then had to stand there 10 minutes because the "manager" couldn't figure out how to give a cash refund when items were purchased in cash.

Had a gift card that I received as a gift but the card didn't work. I contacted the customer service chat for the company that the gift card was for, they said I needed to take it back to where it was purchased-walgreens. First cashier asked a manager for assistance, she said I needed to call the number on the back of the card. There was no number. She called the store manager. Store Manager walked up to the register and the first thing out of her mouth was \\\" we don't refund gift cards.\\\" Excuse me, I didn't ask for a refund, I'm looking for a reason why the card doesn't work. Perhaps as a store manager, I would think she may have run into this situation before. Then she repeated the statement that it is the store policy that they do not refund gift card purchases. Again, I did not ask for a refund. After not being heard, I left extremely disappointed and never got help. Absolutely terrible customer service. And their floors are dirty.

Picked up a prescription tonight and they gave me the wrong change. They charged me 7.83 for the prescription I gave them a $20 and they gave me 7.83 in change. Since they put the change in the bag as their policy they said they could not give me the correct change because they cannot prove it was their error. It is getting so bad at this pharmacy it is better to drive to McFarland or Oregon instead.

The pharmacy has some of the worst, absolute worse customer service out of any pharmacy i have done business with in the last 15 years. I would pick anywhere, literally anywhere else to do business with. I will be making the 20 min drive into madison and get my prescriptions at community pharmacy again

I've given this Walgreens so many chances, and they strike out quite often. The drive thru Lind always looks like this photo, and they are always rude when I ask questions. We have a newborn and in the last few weeks I have needed to grab prescriptions for one of us. It is not easy to plan around an infant to get over there and fill there. One time the line was so long like this that we went inside. The line inside went all the way down an aisle and we waited 20 minutes for them to tell me if wasn't ready (at 4 PM when it was sent at 10 AM). When we did choose to wait in line at the drive thru, it was this line pictured. It was 15 min and again they said a script wasn't ready. Should be 20 min but I'd come back in two hours, is what the lady told me. When I came back the next day, my script was filled that was sent that day but my Daughter's from the previous day had been misplaced and they had to refill it on the spot. I understand everywhere has shortages and issues. They should really open mid day to catch up a little because they cannot keep up and a lot of folks need these medicines today and not four days later.

I believe this Walgreens is dishonest. I purchased a gift card. Noone told me it was non-refundable, nor did I agree to that term. One of the cards cost $100 and it was defective because the pin number came off of the back of the card when I removed the covering. Walgreen's refused to provide a refund and told me I had to contact the company who issued the card if I needed help. Think about that. What if I bought a bag of potato chips and wanted to return it because there was something wrong with the flavor? Would I have to go to the manufacturer of the potato chips for a refund? Of course not. Walgreens is responsible for what it sells, including gift cards. If they are not willing to accept responsibility when a product they sell is defective, this is illegal and unscrupulous. If they keep your money (which they did here), it is theft. I would strongly suggest that you stay away from companies like this, that sell defective product, profit from those sales and refuse to take responsibility for the benefit of the customer. I will be taking legal action.
