The staff here are the best. We had to extend our stay and all at the front desk were helpful, accommodating and efficient in providing service. Every person on staff was warm and friendly. We will definitely be at Tru for our yearly visit to Stoughton.

Tru in Stoughton, WI is excellent for a budget minded hotel. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms are very clean and the hot free breakfast is tasty and attractively displayed. There is in an indoor pool and games for children and adults. Also, it's not too far from a Culvers!Rooms: CleanFood & drinks: Free Hot Breakfast was great!

Worst room !!! Do not stay unless you have too. Room was $139.00 a night . No towel, no comforter ( our comforter was a mattress pad ?mattress not cover , pee I front on toilet when we checked in. Not even a dresser or a place to put clothing . 5 hangers on a rack . Have to pay for interned , even if you’re a honors member . Front desk never answers the phone . Walls so thin. Very cheaply done . I would pay a littleMore and stay somewhere else ! Not a pleasant experience . Oh when we did get towel , they were bath floor Mat . Blinds worked when they wanted to. But if your look to be comfortable and rest , do not stay here !! If you just need a place to sleep , stay here and bring your own bedding and towels !!! Maybe wipes for the gross floors .LVT that looks like it was just vacuum over . No a warm clean surface in sight . Not gross and old just cheap and gross !!!

Clean and comfortable property that is nicely updated but lacking in certain details. Room was comfortable. I appreciated that the property is dog friendly, and they have dog poop bags located around the perimeter. Free breakfast was nice but basic. The gym was small, never busy, had a Peloton, but no towels or wipes (on my last day a woman in the gym called the front desk and they brought some towels). Lots of nice seating space in the lobby, and fast WiFi.

After being on the road for several days for work and having stayed at some less than wonderful hotels this one blew me away.The staff were kind and accommodating, the room was comfortable, the pool was beautiful and clean.I slept through my alarm and needed some extra time to pack and they gave me a free late checkout.10/10. I'd love to stay here again the next time I'm through this area for work.

Mobility access room had plenty of room to move around.Front desk was very helpful in advising us where to go to get to our room, and gave dinner recommendations.Pancake machine was Out of order ?.No Oatmeal at breakfast ?.Noise in hallway; whenever someone used plumbing.Walkability: Is not really "Walkable"

Manager needs to be held accountable for their actions and extremely unprofessional behavior. Manager of this hotel lack passion, integrity and empathy at all levels. Moral is extremely low. Because of unprofessional behavior of manger i will never stay at this hotel in future. I think management is sleeping and no check and balances of manger what she is doing. She will destroy the reputation of this property.

The hotel front desk and manager don’t know who handles wedding bookings. The general manager has no knowledge about anything. We called many times to ensure our booking would be smooth, but we received nothing but frustration. If you’re here and looking to book a hotel, consider another one to avoid any risks. Rude and disrespectful manager and staff.

Great place for the price. Clean, modern, easy to navigate to. Staff was friendly. Location is great.Rooms: Small rooms, but comfortable and clean.Safety: I felt safe here. Everything surrounding the hotel was nice and there was no suspicious activity. The place is lit up at night outside.Noteworthy details: Love this area. It’s a nice place to stop if you’re looking to stay the night near Madison.

Nice and friendly staffing. Puree the General Manager made my day by going above and beyond and even saving me some breakfast because I got off late from work. I truly can't thank her enough for this kind amd heart warming experience staying here at Tru hotel. Their room are always clean and house maid does an amazing job. ? Definitely would recommend this place for anyone that wants a nice and quiet hotel with professional service, and foods in the morning are fresh.

The hotel manager and staff were very friendly and knowledgable! I was very pleased with my stay. I appreciate the kind and quick response from management and staff when I had questions about an upcoming event I am planning in the area as well.
