The online ordering process is very frustrating. I made a online order consisting of 6 items. Three items were in stock, 3 items needed to be shipped to the store. 48 hours after making the order I received notification that my items in store were canceled because I hadn't picked them up. I called to amend my order for the items that were being shipped to the store and I was told they couldn't amend the order once it's placed. Very frustrating and lacking customer service!

I traveled from Madison to use the dog wash for $9.99 at the Stoughton TSC vs. a self-service dog wash on Pflaum Rd priced at $14.99. (February 2024.) The store was clean, organized & items were well-priced. The dog wash was fully stocked with shampoos & had the great walk-in tub, drying table, blow dryer, rubber apron & even provided 2 drying towels. The TSC I use in the town where I live, in another state, did not have the towels or breadth of shampoos available as in Stoughton. The only wish I have is a ramp to the drying table as my 95lb Lab will NOT get on the table!I will use this site again - thanks!

Was looking at the chickens with my young daughter and the cashier yelled extremely loud/rude across the store if my daughter was in the chicken pen. My daughter was calmly standing outside the fence where she should be and following the rules. The cashier could of walked closer to look before assumimg and being rude. Was gonna buy lots of Halloween merch. Walked out with nothing cause she made us feel extremely uncomfortable

Placed an online order, paid with gift card. Got an email stating order was ready for pickup. Drove 30 minutes to store to be told that they canceled my order and refunded the gift card (without notifying me). Attempted then to buy a similar item with the number/pin from the gift card, and because the refund hadn't processed yet, got an insufficient funds error on the gift card, and had to pay with a credit card. No offer to make things right. Would give zero stars if it were an option.

Hwy 51n.., If your coming to deliver turn at traffic light @ Kings Lynn Rd into the driveway behind the building there’s a fence dividing property go to end for Tractor Supply enough room to back into the only dock they have…8/16/2022 idk who keeps answering phone I got frustrated when I told him I’mFacing the store do go left or right of the building he kept saying to the back - was like ok left had a gate I thought they would open-nope … so if ur facing the building in the morning 845 weekday u can drive thru parking lot towards the right turn left and left again behind building.., receiving hrs 8am-5pm I called a day before guy who answered said he was arriving at 9,930 to offload ..,hope this helps
