I don't even know if I can say I used this business. My vehicle has been in the shop since February and IT HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED. No parts ordered, nothing taken off as far as the damaged parts, nothing. Just sitting in the lot collecting dust. Unless you do not care how quickly you get your vehicle back and can afford months of your car just sitting there, do not take your business here. There are so many other better places to take your vehicle to. Lord knows this guy doesn't care, and he will give you every excuse in the world, but months without anything being done is disgusting. I'm not sure how this place is still in business.Service: Body & Trim

I drove from out of town for my appointment with them for an estimate on my vehicle. Smokey was out of the office. A worker (white male about 40-50) took photos and told me he'd get back to me on the estimate. I never heard back from them whatsoever. When I spoke to Smokey (2 weeks later) he said there'd been no record of my visit. I was very disappointed with the unprofessional lack of follow-through and how they wasted my time and gas money for this appointment.

I had an AMAZING experience at Smokey’s! Matt one of the mechanics was one of the first people I interacted with. He was kind and hospitable. Smokey's auto body repair is a business of craftsmanship. I have put so many cars through the business I have almost filled out the buy 10 get one free.
Every time the cars come out better than the factory. Smokey's has a very fast turnaround time, keeps us updated, and delivers on time.

Smokey is an artist. Cars are his pallette. You will wait, but the quality of his workmanship is second to none. I've asked him to do everything from minor rust and dents all the way to major collision repair with substantial suspension damage. He does it all, and the quality will knock your socks off. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed. We had an appointment scheduled for a Monday to have a hitch receiver installed, which we needed for a trip the following weekend. We called to confirm on Saturday only to be told that we were getting bumped for a few weeks. Not only is this too late for our needs, but they didn't call us to let us know -- it wasn't until we called them to confirm the appointment!

We just got our car back yesterday and the repair was done beautifully. The car had been washed also and i think even the inside had been wiped down. It looked brand new! We are very happy with their work.
