Prompt tow and was right on time despite unexpected April snow. They took care of my especially low riding vehicle (Subaru STi) and were respectful in maneuvering it.

Best towing service in the Stoughton/Madison area. We have used Schmidt's twice and they arrived within their ETA. We completely trust their ability to load and unload the vehicle properly and safely.

Hey,....nothing worse than having your truck bust down 300 miles from home....other than having your truck breakdown with a 7x14 enclosed trailer.....but when I needed tow and some real human courtesy when I found myself in a tight spot I asked a few local townsfolk who to call and they said Schmidt's....I bearly had time to take the second sip of my coffee and they showed up and got my truck to the repair shop and then towed my trailer to my next jobsite so we could continue working and help stay on schedule....ðŸ‘Many thanks Schmidt's...⌚💸

Schmidt's auto has the city contract for Madison WI. Recently my car was stolen, my insurance company tried to get them to tow the car directly to our dealer to have the car inspected. They refused, citing that they had to "Process" the car. When we were notified that the car was taken to Schmidt's, they notified us that there was a $125 bill to pick the car up. Now, let's run this down. They have a city contract where they surely get paid, they refuse to provide service, then they charge for bad customer service. DON't USE THESE GUYS!
