Helpful customer service person knowledgeable person if they don't have what you need they can order it or they will try to locate it through one of their other stores or another local vendor

The manager Johnny working was Fabulous to work with very professional. I have a hard part to find I came to him with a part number and he was able to locate and order me what I needed. In addition Dave has been very helpful in the past as well with my car and helping fi d the rare parts I'm looking for.

Had a not so good experience charging a battery in a different location…… came to Stoughton and Lucas gave us a completely different experience! In and out and follow up was amazing! Thank you Lucas.

Lazy employees. Stood around in the store for 20 minutes waiting for someone to tel me if my rotors could be resurfaced. Was then told they’d be done the next day. They’ve had more than 25 hours to do them and I called and was told “they were never flipped”.So here I am. About to Uber everywhere for a second day because of their incompetence. Can’t believe I’m still going to have to pay them. What a joke
