A pharmacy that blatantly discriminates against military members and veterans by not accepting Tricare insurance. My wife recently went to McGlynn’s to pick up a simple prescription. They informed her that her out of pocket cost would be $235. She had the prescription transferred to Walgreens and paid $8.41. Unbelievable. Avoid this place!

Absolutely TERRIBLE. I pick up a couple of controlled substances from there and I always have problems with one of them and will end up having to go without. Yesterday I was told 3 different stories by the. First they said it wasn't going through insurance. The next phone call I was happy and satisfied because they told me they would be ready for pick up today. Then an hour and a half later I returned a phone call from them was told the prior authorization didn't go through. Like WHAT?!?!?! I had just been told I was all set and then they call me back with some other bogus story?! My doc apt was on Tuesday. It is now SATURDAY. And on top of that I had talked to my doc again on Thursday and she told me she did the prior authorization. And this is certainly not the first time this pharmacy has messed with me on this particular medication. It isn't a good feeling when people treat you like garbage for no good reason

When using McGlynn's service I've always been happy. Not any more! The service has deteriorated since, Promises go un kept. I'll be going somewhere else. Is problem staff or new owners? Dan McGlynn should not have sold his good name.

Go above and beyond. A family member needed an affordable wheel chair and they were able to find me a used one at a great price. Returned for a bath chair for the same person and it was a pain to assemble, but the nice people at this pharmacy put it together and helped me load it in my car. It was also reasonably priced. Everyone here is friendly, professional. and you can tell they actually care about customer service. Not always the case everywhere else these days. Thanks for your help!

I have used McGlynn's for twenty years. They have always given our family the best service possible. Dan truly stands behind his excellent caring staff. I wouldn't trade for and mega or chain store's aloof service.

We have been using McGlynn's for almost 20 years for prescription meds. During that time there has never been one problem. They have always been super-responsive, helpful, and have embraced new technology and practices that help serve customers better. I am sad that we have moved over 1,800 miles away, I will miss the group of professionals there.

Mcglynn pharmacy goes above and beyond - the pharmacists and staff are amazing ! They have been especially helpful during a recent Insurance change- helping us get meds reordered thru new providers .... which has proven to be very difficult ! If you just stop in for a few minutes , you will notice how they greet each person . Also you can observe their personalized small town service in action!
