Toilets were not flushing. Contacted company and they had someone come out within a couple hours. John diagnosed the problem quickly and remedied it. He was very efficient, polite, and explained the problem in terms we could easily understand. Difficult job in very hot, humid conditions. Thanks John!

They are a terrific bussiness I used someone for years until I found I and several other people had some issues. I called Honey Wagon and i never received a report or receipt explaining everything they did and they informed me about the issues I had. They Cleaned and scraped my tanks and pumped them for me Dennis is excellent at what he does. I have recommended them over and over they found my problem and got me to the right people to help me Plus they bring what is pumped to Metro Grow so it is not put on farm fields along HWY 106 or having it going on land for the Town to see or Smell and the run off into the Rock River and into peoples wells. The company is Awesome to work with More people should use them and take the time to right their story about this company. Dennis is honest and trustworthy

Called receptionist and had someone out to my house within 30 minutes, even though it was very close to quitting time. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Replaced faulty on/off switch and was on his way. Very pleased with work provided.

Prompt service yes, however when they disscovered a septic tank on my property that I did not know I had I needed to purchase a riser to put on it to bring it above ground level the one they told me would be good enough was too low now my basement is flooded with sewage
