“Very nice people. I was home visiting my mom from Phoenix and my rental car had a tire go flat. I figured there was a nail in it so I took it to them to see if it could be fixed to try to prevent me from having to take the rental all the way back to Madison and switch it out. They found that it was on the sidewalk and there were two of them so it could not be fixed but they were very kind and put the spare tire on for me so I could get to Madison safely and switch the rental car out.
