The way they treat people is bad I feel sorry for this couple I am NOT a "happy camper" today! Stopped at Walgreens on Buisness 51 to purchase our supliments and other health needs. Total came to around $150. But we didn't get our 25% discount on one item, so we mentioned that. Instead of making that adjustment he INSTEAD CANCELED the entire order and then rang it up again! But the money did NOT go back into the OTC card so we could not buy it. The man who was the night manager was NOT very nice to my wife and snipped at her for not mentioning the discount FIRST. But we had JUST been up front to ask about what we should do if there is only one item and the sale is buy one get one at half off. She said we would get a 25% discount on that item. She was wonderful and very nice! Can't say the same for the night manager. We are elderly and my wife did NOT deserve his short
snippy attitude! Due to our health issues we buy $1000s of dollars of perscription meds from them each month. One of her meds alone is $7 grand a month!!! Mine ain't cheap either!
He also did NOT give us any receipt for the origional transaction OR the REFUND. We tried numerous times to check out and no money went back on the card. He basically said TOUGH LUCK that there was NOTHING HE COULD DO!!!! I went and called my Health insurance company and they said the money NEVER went back on the account because Walgreens still had it in their account. PLUS they told me it was recorded as a September 24th 1969!!!!!! So I went back in and talked to the manager and SHOWED him the photo of the info my insurance sent me!!! He said "there is NOTHING I CAN DO!!! Yep, I got angry and asked for my receipts fo the transaction and he said there are NONE! finally the other worker dug my initial receipt out of the trash and the Manager gave me the two receipts for the supposed voiding of the tranacion from the till!!!! I then asked for the phone number for the main office. He left and took forever to get that number. He retuned and the number he gave me was JUST A number where you can hear about all the neat deals you can get at walgreens! grrrrr. Finally I found the number and called them. They said the order was NEVER canceled. He said he would send the info from the call to the proper people and they would get back to me and it is usually that day. Well it is NO LONGER "that day" and the money still is not returned to us.
So Walgreens has our money and Walgreen has our products and we have NOTHING and that money will be gone by the end of the month if we don't get this fixed right away. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! I will never shop there again because of this

Literally none of the pharmacist wanted to do my testing so they verbally ask everyone in there about who wanted to do it. Didn't appreciate the lack of hospitality when I'm already feeling guilty enough for being out in public while sick. Could be wrong but also believe others shouldn't know about others medications and testing via them chatting to each other and being loud enough about it everyone can hear including last names of patients.

Wish they would build a Walgreen's in Plover, this one is always busy and short staffed.

So far so good. They always seem to have my prescriptions ready. No complaints. They are sometimes a little busy but it's understandable when it's the only Walgreens around. Even inside there's sometimes busy but you just have to be patient. They do take lunch between 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. all you can do is wait till they get back!!!

Fast and courteous service. They realize it can be a stressful situation coordinating prescriptions between doctors and pharmacies. Hardly ever delays or holdups on prescriptions.

Worst customer service. Had a prescription filled here because I am out of town and the lady told me over phone they couldn’t have it filled till tomorrow. So I decided to drive there and It took them 20 mins to fill it when I showed up at store.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in town. Waited an hour for a vaccination. What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait for an hour

Staff is fine but the process is garbage. Difficult because any time you need an rx it’s out of stock but they def don’t make it any easier at all.
