Went in for an oil change using a fleet card and Phil from St Paul, was phenomenal! Great customer service and all around kind guy. Would highly recommend going anywhere Phil is at!

I went there for the first time last week. It was 100 bucks for a three month oil. The guys that work there were great, the price was outrageous. I will not be going back.

My 1st time that I tried this place. (I had originally went to King Lube down the road, had BAD experience there, they busted a valve stem on my tire!) Both Montana and Teddy were both super helpful and efficient when it came to doing my oil change.They got the service done quickly and I appreciate that as I had my toddler in the back seat and a lot of noises and sounds can be overwhelming for her. They both answered my questions and were patient with me throughout the whole process. I will definitely be going back when it comes to my next oil change.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Juan from Shawano was the manager on duty with Montana and Dylan doing the work. It was the most exceptional service I have ever had. They were all knowledgeable and personable and went beyond expectations to explain all of their recommendations. They did not carry the wiper blades for my Subaru Ascent but went to another auto store to get them for me and installed them expertly.Service: Oil change

Went in for an oil change on my nearly new jeep with only 10,000 miles in late July. They proceeded to remove my air filter check all my wiper blades and told me they all needed to be replaced. All the additional parts they tried to sell did not need replacing. I told them to put everything back and just change the oil.$95 later I left with an oil change that I discovered today was not done right. I was in a different shop today and was asked who did my last oil change because the crankcase was overfilled with oil. Well, it was Valvoline instant in Stevens Point that overfilled the oil in the crankcase which is very bad for the engine. I'd give them a 0 if I could.Update on my review.Received a phone call from valvoline with the owner/manager on the line.Very apologetic regarding my issue. They are also refunding my oil change.I'm just hoping this will lead to better training of the staff.

Christian, Montana, and others were very informative. I needed an oil change but they ran diagnostics on my car, told me what could be fixed, without being pushy. The price was comparable to others in addition to all the information, and very timely. Felt like a pit stop at Daytona.
