Losing a phone is a horrible, scary deal in today’s world! But I had the most pleasant, painless, positive and downright ENJOYABLE experience at my Steven’s point Ultracom store! Trinity Serbin particularly was empathetic, helpful, funny, and kept her cool getting me taken care of in a most timely manner as the lobby started filling up with customers. I’ve done a lot of customer service in my career as well and she definitely needs to be acknowledged! For her exceptional people skills as well as phone knowledge. Well done ultracom and I hope trinity is extremely valued for her efforts!

Eric was really helpful and easy to work with. He reviewed my usage and tweaked my plan, saving me money. Eric is obviously very knowledgeable about the USC plans/products available, which gave me confidence in the choices I made. He even followed up a couple of weeks later to see if I had any questions, which I appreciated.

Went there a few weeks ago to switch over from a different company I highly recommend Trinity she knows what she is talking about and made the transition so easy and painless 10/10 service

I came in a couple of days ago to get a new phone and was disappointed with the service I got by Dillon. We were told to come back in an hour while we waited for my phone to transfer everything and when we came back he never asked me if I wanted a screen protector or camera protector and never explained anything about the protection plan for iPhone or anything involving an iPhone so I came back a couple of days later and was helped by Rae and Kaitlyn who answered all my questions that I had and helped with a new screen protector and camera protector.

Not for this store..schofield store..same ownerReceived new phones in November, suppose to get 150$ promo gift cards (2) for my husband and I. Never got them but Chris ( store manager) finally after 5 months of hounding took instore credit. Got items but wanted something that was not in store so Chris said he would order it. Guess what...never did!! June came and went..Went to rib mountain store and got the item ( in July) and had to pay difference and a charge on my account that Chris was going to take off!! Guess what .... never did!! Went in weekly and qouted from Chris " I'll handle it, I'll take care of it"!! Now it's September 2023 and had to call Sarah the owner of the store to take care of it!! Guess what.. done in 2 minutes!! Mind you I called customer service over a dozen times about this issue and they were wonderful but couldn't help me do to the issue had to be handled in store!! I have good standing, great credit and getting texts almost daily they our service was gonna be suspended stressed me out!!! Chris is a good bull shi**er....poor management and sucks at customer service!! Myself being in customer service have NEVER EVER let my clients go less then a 8 hour shift from not hearing back from me!! I was excited when I heard us cellular was coming to the wausau area since I used then when I lived in Lacrosse. We will never go to that store again!! Chris good luck to you, I think you need better training in customer service and management!!

I made the switch to US Cellular after consistently getting poor service with our other provider. Rae was super personable and knowledgeable about the phones and products. She made switching over a breeze. She even kept the store open late when it took longer than expected to transfer the data from my old phone. I now get reception everywhere, which is a huge win!

THE BEST!! I will only make updates to my US Cellular account at this store from now on! Eric worked to figure out why my bill had more than doubled with 1 new phone updated somewhere else, made extra phone calls to solve the problem, saved me $200 and followed up with me a few days later to explain my bill in detail. This is the first time I understand my US Cellular bill and feel that it all makes sense.

Fantastic customer service! Dillon and Eric helped to get my phone back online when the Plover store couldn't and wouldn't!Everyone there works together as a team and has a, "We Can Do This!"attitude.

Eric is awesome to work with, he got us set up with home internet and a transfered my number from another carrier onto a brand new phone in a matter of an hour and half !! Best customer experience I’ve ever had getting set up !! Thank you !!
