Great customer service, knowledgeable staff and I love my new bike!I ordered the wrong size. Matt made it right immediately by telling me they would order a smaller frame. Now I have the correct frame and am ready to get in a few rides before the snow falls! Thank you!

Matt and the other staff were fabulous! As a novice, Matt made sure I felt comfortable with my bike purchase and helped me get the accessories I needed. The staff are definitely worth the drive over from Marshfield!

I stopped to put air in my daughter's toddler bike at the gas station down the road. The back tire wasn't taking air, so I didn't know if the tire was popped or what was wrong with it. I stopped in thinking I needed to buy a new tire (which the worker found one). Turns out, I just didn't know what I was doing and wasn't putting air in the tire correctly.The worker could have sold me the new tire and made a little money off of me, but he helped us instead! My daughter was beyond happy! Thank you so much!

Ethan provides such excellent, personal service. I always feel welcome in the store and my novice questions are answered with kindness. The bike fitting was a complete game changer and Ethan helped me identify a few upgrades that made a huge difference for me. I also appreciate the "no pressure" sales approach. This Trek Store is definitely "my" bike shop, despite it being an hour away from home.

Went in for a bike fitting. Staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Did not feel rushed and they took the time to make the changes to my bike to fit it to me. Very happy with the results. If you spend any period of time on your bike, getting a fitting is probably the best money you can spend. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience. Ethan helped us understand bikes and we found two the fit our needs and desires. They also helped us select the right rack for our motorhome. My wife and I are loving getting back into biking. The e-bikes are great for keeping up with our grandchildren! We had one small warranty need on one of the bikes and Ethan came through on that as well. The part arrived quickly and was installed while we waited.

My boyfriend and I inherited Trek bikes from his parents, although we wanted to make sure the bikes fit us properly and get them tuned up if needed. After calling another shop and being told the next available appointment was in several weeks, we called Trek to see if they could get us in. The sales associate, Ethan, told us to come on in and he'd help us out, same day. We worked with Ethan when we stopped in, and he was great! Very knowledgeable and helped adjust our bikes free of charge. My bike's seat was too tall for me, at the lowest point it would go, but Ethan helped me cut it down, again free of charge. Would highly recommend this shop, will be back again!

Counter person was extremely rude. Making comments such as " if you bought this and ride it you will brake it". Also said inventory is extremely hard to get and is likely a 6 month wait. Next closest retailer had 2 in stock...

My wife and I recently moved to Central Wisconsin to enjoy some time in the outdoors. We purchased a Verve 1 from the Trek store on Highway 10 in May of 2021. The sales person was great and fitted my wife for the perfect size cruiser. However, the great experience ends there. Upon purchasing this bike we were told that the first tune up is free. That's not at all true. I dropped off the bike 10 days ago and was told it would take a few days to service. After 6 days of waiting, with no communication, I called the shop. It was a Saturday morning and the person who answered the phone was not at all qualified to even answer the question of when it would be ready. He said " I'm just the weekend guy, I don't know anything about that." I asked if there was anyone else available and again he started he didn't know..? What?!So, I called in the following Monday to speak with a manager. He was the rudest, most condescending, and frankly the most unqualified person to ever hold a managerial position. He begins to explain that he, himself, investigated the bike and explains that Trek suggests a tune up every 6 months. I said ok, it's now been a year and we only were able to ride about 200 miles on it. This goofball manager continues to explain how the "silver tier" tune up is recommended at a cost of $85. He then states that we need the front wheel trued at a cost of $30. I asked how could that be? He just stated again that this is what is recommended. I asked about the free initial tune up and he said that was not possible. I asked for clarification and he began to get extremely rude and talk to me like I'm an idiot. After getting nowhere asking this fool questions, I stated that there is no need to even touch my bike again as I would never set foot in their store again after picking up my bike. He didn't even apologize for any miscommunication on their part and said that's fine, they don't need my business anyway. So, I went and retrieved my bike and took it to two different bike shops in the area. Both facilities were CHEAPER for tune ups and neither place said the front tire needs truing..Basically, the Trek store will still you a new bike, without telling you that it requires an $85 tune up every 6 months. They will also lie about unnecessary repairs in order to hopefully fool somebody who might not question them, just to bring money into the store.In conclusion, the bike is quality but they shop isn't qualified to even delete messages from their voicemail so that a person can leave a message.Go somewhere else to service your bike, please.

We have recently become a trek customer during covid times because they were the only company able to supply new bikes! Since then, our boys have grown and we’ve had to purchase bigger bikes! With that being said, our experience with the stevens point trek store has been very helpful and accommodating. Their knowledge and customer service is top notch! All and all, just a great group of people doing what they are passionate about! We are so glad we found this place and we will be life long customers! ❤️ ??
