When I went into the store today, I notified the sales associate that a dog was left outside in a car with all the windows rolled up. She said she would call her manager. I walked to aside with my cart, but could over hear them talking when the manager came out. She did not take the situation seriously at all. Stating “it’s not even hot outside, that’s just ridiculous.” Definitely won’t be coming back. Sad goodwill associates don’t get paid enough to care about the safety of animals apparently. A car on a 70 degree day within 5 minutes can reach 120 degrees inside. Educate yourself before you show ignorance towards someone being a Good Samaritan & speaking up. Hope both of you ladies get fired.

If you’re trying anything on you’ll be met with a fitting room attendant (or in my case multiple!) and they’ll do everything short of a cavity search to make sure you’re not stealing. Also! When they don’t allow you to take more than 6 items in… be VERY CLEAR that you still plan to buy the stuff they are holding or they will put it away while you are changing and argue with you about it. Poor customer service but selection and organization is exactly what you’d expect from a goodwill. Good store but if you plan to use fitting rooms go to the one by Walmart.

Rude and they sell broken items at full price. The electronic section is super unorganized. If you find an item that needs batteries there is no way to test to see if it works at the store. It was a waste of time.

They pretty much frisk you when you want to use the dressing rooms. Unbelievable! And prices are too high. We will not be back! I am not a Thief! Don’t treat me like one. It’s not like it’s a $100. Dress!

It’s what you might expect inventory wise, but this store is lacking a few good employees who keep the smaller items organized.

Zero stars if I could. Store closes at 8, yet they kick people out at 7:45. And the snotty “Oh you didn’t find anything?” As we left was not needed. Management, your crew on 9/22 need lessons in customer service and manners.

Zero stars if it were possible. Thursday night we went in to look for shoes after supper. They were supposed to be open til 8. We got there at 10 to. They informed us right off the bat they were closing early, even when I pointed out there was still 10 minutes. We didn't find shoes we could use, so we left. On the way out a young blonde snottily said "Awww....didn't find anything then?" That right there was enough for me to never shop at this location ever again.

Found some interesting DVD's and a good book. The store is clean and organized.
