My daughter bought a car back in April. Had it for less than a month and it left her stranded. They "reset" it (their words) and she got it back a month later. 2 weeks later it broke down again. They were going to "reset" it again and told her that WHEN it broke down again they could get the ball moving to replace the engine. In the end we found out that the engine that was currently in it WAS a replacement engine. We returned the car and purchased a different car and spent an extra $12,000. Total was $34,000. Less than 6 weeks later that car broke down and needs a new motor. She bought the extended warranties on both cars. They are now trying to charge her over $1500 more to replace the engine AND she will be without a car for up to 8 weeks. They are wanting to also charge her $38 a day for a loaner vehicle!! I would also like to add that I don't think anyone that works there knows how to use the company phones. No one can seem to make out going calls to return voice mails. Do not buy a car from here. If I could give negative stars I would.

Got my truck diagnosed for some issues, which the dealer found no issues. They said there was some diag time that I had to pay for, which is fine, however diagnosing time should be billed for actual time, not book time what the computer tells you for the job/repair you never made. The services provided cost me double of what it should of, I will not be returning to this dealership. I would not recommend them at all. I miss how the old dealer was, they were more understanding and family owned. This dealership feels more like money hungry people who aren’t willing to keep your business.

I scheduled some recall work on my diesel F250. They completed the software update in a timely manner, washed my truck and got it back to me in a timely manner. The intake person was polite and efficient. After taking my information, he directed me a comfortable waiting area stocked with free coffee and water. When the update was complete, a tech explained the work then had me sign some paperwork before I drove away from the dealership. I will bring my vehicles here again for service.

I live 40 miles north of Stevens Point Auto. In traveling back from out east I had a loud noise develop from one of my wheels while coming into Stevens Point. We purchased a car from Scafiddi Auto a number of years ago so I drove in on Saturday morning. Luckily the Service Dept was open, I explained my situation to Matt, he asked if they could have the vehicle for a while and I agreed. My wife picked me up and I left the truck there. Monday morning I got a call from Matt saying it was a minor issue and the vehicle was repaired. A pleasant call, I expected much worse. Now they could have said it was many things that would have been more expensive, but they did not. They were honest, which as you know is not always the case. I would highly recommend this Ford dealership for your next vehicle or service. I believe they are honest.

Very poor customer service. My Hyundai had to have engine replaced under warranty. Service Manager said estimate was 90 days to get new engine from factory. Unfortunate, but it is what it is. Give me a loaner to use and all is good. Service Manager wouldn’t even discuss a loaner. I would have to pay for rental out of pocket, then AFTER repairs were done, request reimbursement from Hyundai. Lowest daily rate I could find would be $30. So he thought it reasonable I should go $900 out of pocket, then wait to get reimbursed by Hyundai. On top of still paying my monthly car payment. Service Manager showed no empathy at all. Get Hyundai corporate involved, had a loaner a week later. Then it took 4.5 months for them to replace the engine. This being Hyundai’s fault for making faulty engines, but mention it to show the lack of understanding SPAC had for this situation. Given the problems already, I had requested, and it had been agreed to, all communication would be thru email. Wanted evidence of all communication. After engine replacement finished, they ignore this agreement and attempt to call. At the time, due to financial distress, I had cancelled my phone service for a month. Service Manager claims to have left voice mails at least eight times over a two week period. LITERALLY NOT POSSIBLE WITH MY PHONE OUT OF SERVICE. All they would have heard was a message that the number was out of service. And all they needed to do was send an agreed upon email. I turn my phone access back on. The following day I get 6 messages. Having worked in telecommunications and collections, I can inform you calling this many times is potentially harassment. At this point I’m annoyed they didn’t email as agreed, but at least this will all be over soon. The next morning I awake to find another voice mail from the Service Manager, demanding the loaner be returned by 12 noon or they would report the vehicle stolen to Stevens Point Police Department. ONE DAY AFTER THEY INFORMED ME THE WORK WAS COMPLETE!! Confused, I send an email. The response was a TEXT, still not the agreed upon email, claiming they had left many messages and the police would be involved at 12 noon. That employee later sent a pic of all eight times they had called. 2 of them had been that day, 6 of them the day before. So all 6 had occurred within a roughly 27 hour period spanning 2 days. Yet they felt this sufficient to have me reported as a car thief. Now furious, I phone the business and allowed to speak with the owner. Angrily explain the treatment received by his employees, he listens but never apologizes. Essentially, his employees would never behave in such a manner, he would need to look into and call back. He does, and states he was shown documentation of 8 attempted phone calls. I try to explain those had all been since the previous morning, but he cut me off and refused to discuss his employees bad acts. He wouldn’t even retract the demand for the immediate return of the loaner car. I’m unable to rearrange my schedule to get in that day by 12 noon, so we work out that he will bring my car to my place and drive the rental back. 20 min later this is happening. He still refuses to acknowledge the bad acts of his employees and refuses to apologize. I have filed a complaint with Hyundai Corporation. I’d score lower if I could. The think they don’t have a problem because they ignore the problem.
