I took my car in for an inspection for damage to the driver side door. After their diagnosis, they recommended replacing the whole door for $800 and I told them I’d do the repairs myself. When I went to pick up my car, the window was rolled down and they claimed it was stuck in the down position. They also claimed the door didn’t latch anymore. They said they didn’t want to give the car back since it was a safety issue but I insisted I’d take it. Turns out the window works fine and the door latches. Second Street Auto Clinic, and Mike specifically, are liars who use predatory practices.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Horrible management and communication. Brought my vehicle there to be repaired and got the run around. Refused to answer phone calls and only would respond via text. Extremely unprofessional. Had my car for over a month.

The only place I will take my vehicle. They are always professional, kind, skilled and most importantly, honest. Ive never felt uncomfortable going into that shop alone or felt like I was going to get anything less than the best service at the best price possible. They do great work at reasonable prices and with integrity.
