Absolute horrendous customer service and non-existent communication between branches. Handled issues of fraud on my card terribly, kept me locked out of the lobby for 30 minutes despite being seen by employees and google saying they open at 8, and the branches communicated nothing between each other involving issuing me a new card. Wanted to charge me for the new card, told me they would let the other branch know, and yet I show up the following day with no info relayed between branches and the managers telling me to “lose the attitude” all things considered.Joke of a bank

I opened an account this week and let the banker know I'd be using it solely online with ACH transactions. I opened it with a local personal check and asked if any funds would be held and the banker assured me they don't have any holds. Two days later they called and let us know they would be freezing the account for 2 weeks. I asked why and they said there's no guarantee that the funds wouldn't be recalled. At this point the check had already cleared my other account so I was super confused. The bank didn't care and said the manager wants the account frozen. Needless to say, this is the most unprofessional bank I have ever worked with in my whole life. This bank is not even a part of the BBB so we should have known better. The banker was named Amy so be warned if you want to use them as your financial institution.

I like doing banking here at this time and they are nice to speak to when you have ? they help you out well. I go here sometimes.
