Got my oil changed there a year ago. A little late but when they got done with my oil they didn’t tighten the oil filter. My car was leaking oil everywhere and almost screwed my car up. Then the owner has the audacity to say that it’s my ‘mommy’s’ car. The way the owner looked down on me because I’m a young girl with extremely disrespectful. If you can’t even tighten the oil filter maybe you shouldn’t be doing oil changes?♀️

it was great until another company bought it out. now it's just overpriced services and information that I don't need about my vehicle. 5 out of 5 when they were still in service.

What a ripoff! No line to get quick service. No wonder! $74 for oil and filter no lube. The GM dealer, where I live, does a oil, lube, filter, tire rotation, multipoint inspection and a nice waiting room for $50. My mistake! Do it to me once, shame on Point Lube, do it to me twice, shame on me. Never again.Service: Oil change

Have used them for years. Always friendly and professional. Last time I went in for brake pad change they even showed me how my rear calipers were malfunctioning and did what they could to get them working at no extra charge since they had them apart anyway. HIghly recommend.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

What an amazing find! My first time getting an oil change here and let me tell you - A+! I was visiting my friends after driving 2.5 hours from Milwaukee. I have an ‘09 Toyota Camry with 240,000+ miles. It’s burns 3 quarts of oil a week! I knew I had better get my oil changed before heading back home. But this time, I was going to be better off with their help! It was time for an oil additive and they knew just the one I would need! After 1 hour of driving, my gas tank had barely moved. After making it back to Milwaukee, I had only use a little more than 1 quarter my tank! It usually takes over 1/2 my tank. No expensive repair needed! I was so nervous having to drive over the open part of the bay but Larry was there assuring me I'd be just fine then guided me to drive over the opening. Once there Brad did his magic and boom I was done and ready to go. The nicest guys, quick service with great prices who could ask for more! Thank you to them both but a special thanks to Larry!

Short story, you can trust these guys.Went in for an oil change, went off without a hitch. Came in a week later to talk brakes, had some bad squeaking happening and needed it handled NOW. Not only did they fit me in day of, they said my brakes were next to new, found the ACTUAL problem that was causing the squeaking, and another problem I didn't even know I had but would have been a headache down the road. Didnt replace parts that didnt need it, saved me a good chunk of change with a smile and a handshake. Good guys, know their business.Services: Oil change

Excellent job . Saw me pull in and immediately put down his lunch and met me in the lot. I insisted he (owner) finnish his lunch but he would have none of it. He directed me into the bay and went to work. I have always been satisfied and will always go back with my three trucks.Service: Oil change
