Usually a good experience going into any of the local stores in the past. Lately they are experiencing staffing issues at multiple locations, affecting their customer service.
Lucky I knew the counterperson on duty today and had absolutely zero issues.
Fix your staffing issues and quit micromanaging your existing staff, Napa, and you might be able to retain some or most of the remaining experienced staff you have.

I have a local company with multiple trucks. some are old and some are new. every time I go in they have the oil filters, hydro filters and everything that we need. This team is well trained.

I had a flat tire Sunday and the staff was so helpful. The tire store next door was closed, so they helped out with supplies and check to make sure i safely was able to change the tire and install my spare.
