Other propane companies should take notes, Lakes Gas gives top notch customer service hands down. Rebecca in the Stevens Point office is an absolute gem, she gives outstanding customer service!! Jon who came out and set my new tank (in negative degree temps) delivered superior customer service, friendly, explained what he was going to do that day and made sure I was satisfied completely with work performed. This Lakes Gas team deserves more than the 5 stars.

I called many gas companies before deciding to go with Lakes Gas. Within a week of me calling Lakes Gas, they had a tank delivered and filled. Rebecca (at the Stevens Point, WI location) was by far the most pleasant person to talk to. Very patient, understandable, and knowledgeable! The gentleman who dropped of and set up my tank was very considerate of my property, and so was the man who filled my tank. I will definitely be recommending Lakes Gas to anyone looking for service!

Read the reviews prior, but since they were old took a chance. Went to fill 2 tanks for camper. Met a young lady Rebecca. She was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. No issues, muss or fuss throughout. Will return for future Lp service.

Hard to deal with. They make it difficult to get gas from them.
