Last Thursday, I got stuck in the Car Wash at the Kwik Trip on Maria Drive in Stevens Point, WI. I had driven over the STOP PAD and it jerked me into an angled position. I got out and pressed the HELP button. JOSH, your Assistant Store Leader was SUPER patient in guiding me to get out of the precarious situation. It took awhile, but he was very kind and took concern that I didn’t scrape my car. I certainly appreciated his above and beyond help.

Went to use ATM. I was willing to pay a fee but was not willing to get gouged for 3 dollars, absolutely ridiculous. They also never have hot food after midnight except for nasty soggy burgers

Duran, who’s a trainee (said on his name tag/ badge) was such a bright and happy person to see in the store even though it was around 1 in the morning. He was so engaging and happy to be there. Made my morning for sure!

They have a diesel truck station in the back. Very easy to fuel a full size bus...in town.

They were out of House Blend. I asked for some fresh coffee. The lady was rude, slamed the filter holders, and the cabinet doors. I wish I could post pictures of the sight glass it had debre floating in it other than coffee.

At 9:50 PM.Saturday October 8 2022 a blond young KWIK Trip employee was filling the soft drink machine with ice. He was gloveless and picking up the spilled ice and putting it into the ice bin. I mentioned that this was unacceptable but he continued to shove the bare ice into the bin. I ask three employees if there was a manager I could speak with. They all replied there was no manager on duty.

LOVE having a handy Kwik Trip store to access near my home. Hot food, some necessities and small groceries anytime I need them via DoorDash!
