I was worried about if my package would be lost. I heard bad things about delivery. I'm really happy to say that everything arrived right on time and in perfect condition. The only negative thing I can say is that the cost of shipping is crazy expensive. Wish they could get that brought down.

This is a DROP OFF. They don't package your stuff for you. Just hand your package with the label to a person by a register. 1 star reviews are from people that did not do this.

I didn't go there, but my caregiver did. I asked her if there were any problems. She answered, "nope. Walked in there, they took the box and I left. Easy peasy."
