I cannot recommend Elmer's enough. There have been several times where I've been Really unsure about my car and I've brought it to tom, he diagnosed it right every time and has given me a great deal every time.
Always willing to make time if he can and a couple times has even shown me how to fix things myself the next time they go wrong.

Very honest and affordable, they'll fix only what needs fixing and will even show you the problem so you understand yourself. Will be coming here with any car issues that I have in the future. Thank you Elmer's!

Elmer's is an excellent mechanic shop. I called about the rear brakes on my vehicle that needed replacement. The man I spoke to (who I assume was the owner, but I'm not totally sure) was very friendly, and patient with my questions. He was also very transparent about the cost. The price was very reasonable, and I was able to schedule the work on my vehicle for the very next day! I will definitely recommend Elmer's to anyone looking for work in their vehicle.

My muffler broke halfway through a 4 hour drive to visit with my family. Elmer's was the only auto shop on a Friday evening that was able/willing to look at my car to make sure it was still safe enough to finish my drive. I was able to see my family for my birthday because of that, thank you!

The people here are top notch! I was stranded in Stevens Point when I had some serious car trouble, I live out of state and was traveling home. I brought my vehicle here to be looked at early in the afternoon and they dropped everything to help me diagnose the issue even though I had no appointment. When they realized they didn’t have the parts I’d need, they kindly recommended another shop to me and gave me directions. This is a trustworthy shop with kind people who just want to help you get back on the road! 10/10 recommend and I can’t thank them enough for their help ❤️

I didnt even bother with my appointment for getting an oil change i just went to king lube in plover instead. The man i spoke with on the phone with scheduling was unbelievably rude and was very immature getting annoyed when i asked for a time that i didnt know inconvenienced them as it was near their lunch. Anybody who values good customer service and results should not go here as the staff cares more about their lunch than their business.
