Finally had to replace my old Johnson Evinrude 40 horse. They hooked me up with a 60 horse four stroke Honda and did a phenomenal job putting it in with the original consul. Turn around was very fast, job was done less than a week so we can enjoy the Fourth of July on the water . Pleasant to work with. ?

First time I used Center Point I was coming from another state to fish in Adam’s county with friends. Had a problem with my boat and found Center point about 1.5 hours away were open. I drove there and within minutes they had me going. They were so quick they didn’t even want to charge for anything. I have been back multiple times even though it’s a drive to get there. Great people!

Stoped in there today September 5 2023and talked to John about repowering my boat, got a super deal on a brand new 150 hp Suzuki ,John told me to bring my boat in tomorrow and they will get right on it and it’ll be done within a week. Great customer service and very knowledge. Thanks John .I can’t wait to get my new Suzuki

Customer service is not heard of here.Edit: This is your location in Stevens Point. I had stopped by to pick up a part that was ordered for me. While I was there the person behind the counter was dealing with a customer ahead of me. He was talking down to the customer like they were a 2 year old. I left at the same time that customer did, they asked me did the guy behind the counter seem cocky and condescending,I agreed with them that he did. I have called the dealership many times and he is the same person that answers the phone, it seems like we are bothering him when we would call or stop in. The 2 dogs that are there were great at customer service. Maybe this is a family member that needs some training. This has been more than a one time thing with this person. I understand bad reviews do not help a business, neither do people that work there with bad attitudes.

Recieved excellent service and advice on a nearly 30 year old boat that needed quite a bit of love to get back to its former glory. They were able to find an out of production part that was used but of nearly new quality. They stood behind their work when an issue was not fully resolved and made it priority number one to make it right. Will recommend to anyone in the central wisconsin area.

Called to have my boat checked out for the summer. Was given a date to bring it in for service two weeks later. Was told when I dropped it off it would be done in a couple of days. I stopped by 10 days later and was told it was not even looked at and their were still a couple of boats in front of me. Why did I make an appointment to bring it in if it was not going to be looked at. What was the appointment for? To sit in their parking lot for 10 days? Now I head up north with the boat without it being serviced. Will never return here.

Needed new gas line kit installed after old one was cracked and leaking in multiple spots. I had questions and wanted to learn a few things about an older motor. Took the time to go over a few parts with me that I didn't recognize. Then fixed the issues at a reasonable price.

The Next Adventure School boat trailer blew a tire. I went to CenterPoint, and they sold me a used tire for extraordinarily cheap, for which I was quite thankful. It didn't fit, and they even let me return it. This may seem small to many, but to me it was huge. I'll be ordering my new Mirocraft from them. Glad to have them as part of our community!
