Beware. Size of twin size Sealy Mattress dimensions are a total lie. Website is wrong and deceiving. Customer service support sucks. My bed is so uncomfortable. Wake up in extreme pain every morning. Been going through issues since December. Still am. Sales person lied to me regarding a price check. Did my homework after I purchased. The website she did a price check didn't sell that particular Mattress. Advice, do not purchase from this store and my opinion lack of mattresses to choose from is pathetic. Sales people do not know answers to questions just to make a sale. Don't care about the customer. One other thing. Be careful. They ASSUME what you do not want to order. I'm stuck with this mattress because customer service doesn't want to deal with me. Very sad and disappointed. Communication and Customer Service is awful.

Recently purchased our first home and bought a bedroom set from Boston FAM. Very friendly delivery drivers & overall staff. **************** was helpful & made the whole process pretty carefree. Would recommend to others looking for quality furniture & helpful service.

I went to Ashley furniture They had a huge display But the price range is unbelievable over 2000 grand for a recliner down to about 5 hundred I didn't buy the ins because it only covers 90 days Come on it always breaks after that so why get it But I did find what I needed Then you have to drive a mile to the warehouse to pick it up

Horrible experience with this place. Bought a washer and dryer set and purchased the extended warranty on both! Everything was great and last year in Oct of 21 the washer quit working, they set someone to my house who had absolutely no clue on what he was doing, tore my washer apart and it took them 7 MONTHS for them to fix and the excuse we kept getting was "were sorry we are waiting on parts" then the parts came in and the service guy came back and low and behold found ANOTHER issue he MISSED while there the previous times so had to wait another 2 weeks to get it fixed and the company refused to do anything regarding our wait time. What my wife and I spent at the laundry mat in 7 MONTHS I could have bought 3 brand new sets. Then after he gets the washer finally fixed the dryer quits working. So I called 3 times with absolutely no phone call back and then get the excuse there phone system has been messed up. So the service guy tears apert my dryer and now this place is saying we had no warranty on the dryer when I have it in black and white. So if there was no warranty then why would the service tech take it upon himself to tear my dryer apart in the first place and just leave it after telling me it was warrantied. This place is and absolute joke. I will take my business else where and wouldn't recommend anyone. Don't even deserve a 1 start.

Hello! My husband and I made a large purchase with Ashley in November that included a complete bedroom set (bed with headboard, 2 side tables, and 2 long dressers), 2 full power couches, and 1 power recliner. The couches and the recliner have been great--came as advertised and are exactly what we picked out in the store; we have no complaints about those pieces. We have had several issues with the bedroom set, however. The bed slats that came with the bed have several slats that are so badly warped they don't make contact with the mattress, there was missing hardware on the footboard storage drawers on the bed, and between the 2 dressers, half of the dresser drawers have no middle support pieces on the underside of the drawers or they have come unglued. The missing/not properly glued center support means that the bottoms of the drawers sag and are unusable. After several calls to customer service and sending them multiple pictures of the above issues, they told us they would send a replacement set of bed slats to replace our set that was warped and they would send out new hardware for the bed drawers. A single bed slat--ONE--was delivered to our house and the replacement hardware for the bed drawers JUST came--over a month from when we originally called about those things. We called customer service back regarding the bed slat we received and clarified that we need a whole/completely new SET of bed slats--they said they would look into it and call us back. We have not received a call back from them regarding this --who knows if we are going to get a replacement set of bed slats at all. We had also told the customer service line about the dresser drawers in the several phone calls regarding the above 2 issues. They had us send several pictures of the drawers, which my husband did, and said that they would put us on a list for someone to come out and fix the drawers, in MAY--this was 2 MONTHS after we received the furniture. We were obviously not happy about this but they said that was the best they could do. That was the last we heard regarding the drawers until we suddenly received 7 large boxes filled with new drawers on our door step. We had to call customer service back and ask why new drawers had shown up--this was apparently their solution to our issue with the drawers, which they never discussed with us, but said they would still have to keep us on the service list for May for someone to come out and swap the hardware on the drawers/install them. They told us that we were more than welcome to swap the hardware ourselves, and if we did, they would give us a $50 in-store credit. We felt this was absolutely ridiculous! So we called customer service back, AGAIN, and asked to speak with a manager--we explained our frustration and the above issues with the dressers. He said he could move up the date for someone to come look at the drawers--great! The guy came out with a delivery crew when they brought our couches. He was not trained on what to do, and didn't seem to know the extent of what the work was, until my husband explained it to him. He said he didn't have a drill; claimed he had left it at the previous customer's home. So, my husband had to give him a drill to use! He started swapping out the hardware between the new and old drawers, but when they tried to put the new drawers in, the new drawers (with the tracks swapped from the old drawers) DIDN'T FIT into the dresser. Needless to say, we were upset! Called customer service back and we were, yet again, put on the service list for someone to come fix the drawers (hopefully) in May. This furniture was supposed to be brand new and if it had come to us in the condition it should have, we would have been pleased customers. Even if there was an issue, and they sent someone out in a week or so, we would have been a bit frustrated, but relatively happy. Instead, we have had nothing but headaches and several frustrating phone calls with customer service, all for them to tell us there was nothing they could do to move up our service date or give u

If I could rate this crummy business a negative star rating I would. I ordered a mattress in July. Then it was defective and they said I could exchange it when the original sales rep said I could return the mattress if anything would ever be wrong with it as long as I bought a box spring. So that was a lie. Anyways after long winded arguments about being misinformed on the return policy, I finally just picked out a new (more expensive) mattress and have had about, 6 different delivery dates and here it is...9pm at night in OCTOBER and I’m still waiting for my mattress. Guess it’s not showing up AGAIN. When I called earlier today about it not showing up yesterday I was offered $150 gift card!! Why on Gods Green Earth would I want to buy anything from your store EVER again. I don’t even want to step foot on the property!!! I have asked for them to just cancel my mattress order and cut their ties with me and they refuse so I’ve been making payments for something I don’t even have!!!.... I’m beyond mad and am ready to tell the world about it. I am 67 years old, have neck and back surgery and have Osteoporosis and am sleeping on my couch. I am tired and fed up!! DO NOT SHIP AT ASHLEY.

Giving this store a one star is being generous. Our washing machine and refrigerator were struck by lightning and it took three weeks to schedule the first service call which was scheduled for September 1st. We received a call on August 31st letting us know a tech was not available and we had to reschedule to September 2nd. This left two days for us to make arrangements for someone to now be at the house on September 2nd for a four hour timeframe because we could not get an approximate time. The tech determined we needed additional parts and we received a text message from Furniture and Appliancemart with the price of the parts and asked us to call or e-mail them with approval to order parts noting payment must be paid to proceed. We called with payment the next day and it took two weeks for us to get another service date. In that two week time I tried calling management and not one person returned my call. I then called the service department again and waited on hold for 35 minutes to schedule a service appointment for the next week. The refrigerator was repairable but the washing machine needed an additional part. This last service call was six weeks after the initial phone call. We again received a text with the repair cost for the additional part and payment was requested to proceed. I sent yet another e-mail asking what this meant. Someone did finally get back to me to let me know that the repair of the washing machine would cost more than the washing machine is worth. They asked if they could quote me a price and I reluctantly agreed. They also indicated we could get a special discount because of the service we received. I was naive enough to think that they actually wanted to make this experience better. They promised a call or e-mail back the next day. It was three days later and I hadn't heard anything so I called and asked for them to come pick up the parts and washer that I was going somewhere else. They refused to refund the cost of the parts noting they were nonrefundable. And also indicated they would not be able to offer any special discounts and if we wanted to purchase from them the cost on the website is what we would need to pay. This company only has good customer service when you are purchasing from them. We are now going on seven weeks with no washer and are out $413.64 and this all could have been prevented if someone from their company had the common courtesy to return a phone call and help us through the process.

If I could give 0 stars I would. What is ridiculous is this place is either ran by children or they don’t know what their doing. They delivered a couch but without cushions.. how does that happen? Not to mention they’re delivery men were banging the dressers against wall leaving marks and scuffs. Overall DO NOT ORDER FROM ASHLEYS OR GET ANYTHING DELIVERED THROUGH THEM CAUSE THIS STORE BOSTIN INC WILL JUST MESS YOUR ORDER UP. Brittany Purchase made I think 1/8/2020 or 1/9/2020 at the Pewaukee, WI location. We purchased a bedroom set for our 7 year old daughter, as we sold off her existing bedroom furniture in 1 day. We came into the store and worked with a Jamie * at the Pewaukee, WI location. We were going to get the same bedroom set online through a bedroom furniture website for less then what you were charging. But Jamie was able to match the price. So we put through the order the next day and that's when he advised us that it would take almost a month to get all the furniture put together and delivered. So we went ahead and purchased an air mattress for our daughter for the next month and stored a majority of her belongings in our bedroom. Fast forward to 2/8/2020 when the bedroom set was delivered. The delivery guys got us and advised us that the side rails were not ordered so they couldn't put the bed together. So one of the guys called in and said someone from customer service would be contacting us within 20 minutes on how to proceed. We waited by the phone all evening and no one called. Also after the guys left we looked at the furniture and there was scuff marks on the furniture and scrapes of missing white paint. And while looking at all the pieces of furniture, the delivery guys did not drop off the foot board. No one ever asked us to inspect the furniture or the condition of the furniture before they left. Next day 2/9 our salesman Jamie called my wife and admitted it was his mistake that he never put the side rails on the purchase order, but wasn't sure why the foot board wasn't delivered. Jamie * said he would get back to us later that day with details on how the situation would be fixed. No one ever called back on Sunday 2/9. My wife called the store the next day on Monday 2/10 since we were never called back on Sunday, and was advised Jamie the salesman was off until Wednesday and all the managers were in a meeting and someone would get back to us in regards to how to proceed. We waited all week for the call, and finally on Friday, my wife gets a call from Jamie the salesman. He advised my wife that the earliest the rest of the furniture would be delivered is Friday 2/21 which is a Friday when my wife and I are at work, so we had to get my father in law to agree to come over and stay at our house so there would be someone at the house for the rest of the furniture to be delivered and put together. My wife asked what Ashley's was going to do about this inconvenience and the fact that some of the brand new furniture already had scrapes and scuff marks and missing pieces of furniture, and that's when Jamie said he would get with management and see what could be done to make the situation right. Fast forward to 6 days later and still no call back once again. Also my wife looked at the delivery order for friday and there was no foot board ordered, just side rails. She sent an email to Jamie advising him on this and hasn't heard anything back since 2/18 when he was going to look into how to make this situation right and fix the order. New development: Brittany had to reschedule for Monday 2/24. Brittany never heard back from Jamie, so she took it upon herself to contact customer service to only to find out that only the side rails were going to be delivered on 2/21 and the foot board was set to be delivered sometime in March. This was unacceptable as both pieces are needed to finish assembling our daughters bed. So they cancelled the order for 2/21 and rescheduld for 2/24. On Friday 2/21 while we were both at work, Brittany got a call around 3:00pm with an automated message stating that our delivery is to arrive in 30 minutes. So my wife at work, called customer service as the order was supposed to be cancelled two days prior, and scheduled for 2/24 with both pieces being delivered at the same time. The customer service rep was supposed to contact the truck to make sure they do not deliver. I will start by saying we will never purchase from Ashley again, because of the inrcedibly poor customer service. We purchased 3 bedroom sets November 2019 and as of 2/18/2020 still don't have all of the pieces. We are now told the last pieced won't be in until March 2020. We have gone through numerous deliveries which never go as they should. I have zero trust in a single person i talk to as not one thing that has been promised happens, there is a lack of communication between workers, and no one ever calls me back when they say they will. I have spend hours on the phone, wasted my time on being home for deliveries, wasted my mothers time who has gone out of her way to be here for deliveries, and now taken off work for a delivery which never happened today. This has been the most painful, frustrating, stressful process and my mind is blown by the level of service we have received. I can't quite comprehend how Ashley is still in business.

Having the worse 2 month long experience with any company to this date. Dont let them in your house to fix anything. They are un trained dont no were to start and they also dont fix there mistakes and try to charge for work they have never done.
