This business goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I typed in the incorrect house number today when I ordered flowers for my granddaughter who had been in an accident. Totally my fault, I was worried about her and having a bad day myself so I guess I have an excuse. The delivery person called me to ask if they could leave the flowers on the porch because no one was answering the door. It seemed weird that no one answered- I knew that my granddaughter is not able to drive for awhile and that my daughter (her mom) was working from home. The delivery person sent me a photo in a text. It was then that I realized I gave them the wrong address. I called Lily and Vine. They drove to the original house, picked up the arrangement, and redelivered them. And it was closing time when all this went on. Plus the arrangement is bright and beautiful. If I ever need arrangements in Stevens Point again I will definitely use them again. Thank you, Lily and Vine for bailing me out.

Very happy with the flowers we got for our wedding (1 bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, head table centerpieces, and loose greenery for decoration). Very accommodating for pickup morning of wedding, listened to my vision. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous floral arrangements - the blooms were exceptional, absolutely fresh and picture perfect .... well beyond any and all of my expectations (I am overseas and I made a number of exceptional requests , including asking them to find the phone number for the recipients ) ....I love that they understood how important it is that the flowers should be absolutely perfect and that they also took the time to converse and reassure me too - in short, wonderful, caring and professional service - and the recipients (who have received flowers from me for many years) were similarly enthusiastic, appreciated that Lily & Vine had gone that extra mile and made and delivered the most perfect floral arrangements imaginable ...

Delivery on time. Flowers were fresh. However ordered Premium arrangement, & highly disappointed. They substituted 9 roses with 3 gerber daisies, totally not full which would be expected on Premium. Substitution was fine but expected same quality. Will not order again from this florist. Way off from photo online. With increases in costs, they need to update photos. They explained cost of everything used so update photo which will look much less

Bought flowers and stuffed animals before the 3pm deadline for same day delivery listed on their website. They would not deliver it and wouldn’t stay open 10 minutes late (who closes at 4?) Had to cancel my order and go elsewhere.

Called and ordered and the staff was super friendly! Had it processed and delivered in an hour!! For blind picking and HALF of what other places around charge, this was an incredible arrangement. Super impressed and thankful!

Bev's Floral was a great choice for my wedding. I requested a white anemone bouquet with dark pink flowers, with cascading greenery. The final result was breathtakingly astonishing.Updating the proposal was easily done online and the staff kept in touch with details. I believe the price was reasonable for the work and beauty put into the final product. Delivery optional.
