I would like to personally thank Roger and the employee who installed a battery for my son today. We live in Appleton and he goes to UWSP. They were able to get a battery from the Rapids store and called me when it came in. I called my son and he went over right away. He was in and out. Thank you again.

I brought back the starter I bought back in August of 23 and was reimbursed for the cost. It was a faulty starter and customer service was excellent! Marquise was professional and answered all my questions. Was a great experience and that is why I keep coming back! Thank you for being kind in this crazy world we live in!

Friendly service?. A big "shout out" to Daniel K at Stevens Point Auto Zone. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was having an issue with my car dashboard message, and Daniel didn't hesitate to point me in the right direction to solve the issue. He stayed and made sure all was good.
