The first time everything was wonderful and we were very happy, with our meat. We returned to have our pigs processed. This time the meat was absolutely terrible. The bacon is so salty its inedible. The hams taste terrible and have a very weird taste. Friends and family have tried the meat and came to the same conclusion. The meat tastes nothing like our first experience which was great.I am very disappointed. We tried reaching out numerous times and have been ignored. They don't answer the phone and won't return messages. I will not be a returning customer and do not recommend.

I raise beef and when Covid hit I couldn’t get into my butcher. I gave Inges a call and was able to get a beef butchered my family needed desperately. (Three years or so ago). I tell you the process of getting these animals processed is an absolute breeze with these guys. I use to have to haul my quarters into the butcher but they come out truck and trailer and take it with them. Their hamburger mix is perfect for me. Not fatty but juicy enough to make a good burger and has always cut my steaks perfectly and trimmed them well. Reasonably priced and I’ve never had an issue yet. I’d recommend them over and over. That’s why I’ve kept going back. Good people and good business.

Awful experience! First off the website says $110 for deer processing but when you go in it’s 150. OK I can handle that. But then It took a month and a half to get my deer back which I brought in well before gun season. They ground everything when that’s not what I asked for. When I Ask for the horns they came out with the wrong deer with my name on it. What a waste of money. total disarray

Dropped a deer off here and they never called about it. A month or two went by and I cried calling and they have seemed to ghost me. DO NOT GO HERE! It’s not worth getting land and a license just for them to take your deer. Please do not go here at all if you expect to have your meat ever returned back to you.

We had a bear processed here and am very unhappy with the outcome. I ordered bbq and garlic snack sticks and only received garlic. My tenderloin was maybe a quarter of what it should have been for the size of the animal. My 'steaks' are deboned pieces. We tried calling to resolve issues several times and were ignored. I would not recommend this business.
