I tell you the process of getting these animals processed is an absolute breeze with these guys. I use to have to haul my quarters into the butcher but they come out truck and trailer and take it with them. Their hamburger mix is perfect for me. Not fatty but juicy enough to make a good burger and has always cut my steaks perfectly and trimmed them well. Reasonably priced and I’ve never had an issue yet. I’d recommend them over and over. That’s why I’ve kept going back. Good people and good business.”
