“I just moved here to the Westside of Madison and our mail carrier Barbara is the best of out of many carriers I've spoken with in the past, all pretty fair carriers., but, Thank You, Barbara, for helping to ease my anxiety and explaining about postal procedures regarding my new address changes and the proper location to pick up mail at the Westside mail office location., furthermore, You are a very valuable mail worker and if it were within my power, I'd see to it that you would get a double raise promotion ?!”

“I think the post office staff is very nice and helpful. What people forget, post office employees are working at their jobs. Not necessarily there to do what others demand of them. If you a nicely, say please and thank you, maybe that might help your problems. We are all human beings. Civility is important.”

“Cannot speak for everyone, but the gentleman I met was extremely friendly and patient. He also had abundant knowledge regarding the specifics of sending passport-related material, and took care of my passport renewal material professionally.
Also, the neighborhood this USPS belongs to is (as of my post date) very quiet, soothing and safe.”
“I decided to do the internet trend of hiding in a box and shipping myself in the mail. The box I got in left the post office at 3:00 in the afternoon on Monday morning. I was delivered to a location in Omaha, Nebraska. The trip clearly took several days, and I nearly ran out of supplies.When I got out of my box, I was still in the Waunakee post office. It was 4:37 PM and it was still Monday. Quite odd. Pretty cool place to get your passport and send mail.”
“1 star. Almost every teller at the counter is grumpy and treats customers as if they are a pain to deal with. No smiles. And if you have a question, they act annoyed that they have to answer. It's unfortunate because Middleton is such a small, quaint town. I enjoy going to the other post offices in the area much more.Edit: Now 4 stars. Three years later, the staff is much better!”
