“PCB is what a bank should be! I've been a customer here for many years, receiving great service at every turn. The staff treats you like a customer, not a number. I recently had a cross country financial crisis where I needed enough money to buy a car for my son in California. I was also in California with him! I called the PCB and spoke with Joy. She was able to move some money between our accounts instantly and solve my problem. Easy as could be. During the Pandemic, they helped me negotiate the confusing PPP loan process. There are countless other examples of getting just the kind of service one wants from their finanaial institiution. Reminds me of the kind of excellent small town service my parents got from their small town bank with I was a child.”
