I am super impressed with these guys. I found them on a billboard in Siren, WI and prefer to do business with a local guy instead of Hime Depot, etc. I am so glad I did. Everything was top notch. From Brian and Vicki during the sales process on a Saturday morning to Jesse in scheduling, the measuring guy (sorry, forgot his name) and last but certainly not least, the installation team. I was so impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of the install team. I would recommend them to anyone needing new countertops.

Jason from Precision Countertops over heard me asking for some mounting brackets for Undermount Sink at local hardware store on a Sunday. Said to fallow him over to Precision. He unlocked the place dug around a little while and found exactly what I needed. That's exceptional Service opening up when closed and saving the day when he knows didn't buy from him.Super friendly guy.

Precision Countertops recently completed a job for us and we can't say enough nice things about this company.Obviously, it starts with pricing. I'm sure everyone understands that most customers shop around when doing a project of this size and dollar amount. Precision's pricing was VERY competitive, compared to the competition and we were more than pleased with their bid. They were hundreds of dollars less than their competition in Rice Lake.Second...their customer service was OUTSTANDING from beginning to end! It was so great to visit with Vicky when we first came in the shop. She was really patient with us, and took her time to help educate us. We had a lot of questions, and she had a lot of answers!Third, when we came to select the stone, Brian was great to work with. Again, he was super-patient with us, took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us all the time we needed to make the selection. We never felt rushed, we never felt any sales pressure.Fourth, their employee who came out to measure was meticulous in his work. He spent hours here, and talked to us about options, concerns that might come up at a future date (due to our current appliances and their configuration), and really did a terrific job (the countertop fits like a glove!)Fifth, their attention to detail--wow, these guys are great! Contacting us prior to appointment dates and time, making sure we were all on the same page and keeping us updated on the progress of the job. Greatly appreciated.And, last, but not least...THEIR INSTALL TEAM!!!! Those guys were AMAZING!! They were so personable and hard-working. They never rushed anything. When they ran into issues, they quietly talked it out and resolved it. They stayed until after 8pm finishing our job, when we knew they had families at home waiting for them--and again, they never once acted like it was an inconvenience. When the job was done, they carefully and meticulously cleaned everything--even though we told them they didnt have to do it, we would take care of it. You certainly don't find workers like THAT everyday.It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Precision Countertops from beginning to end. Check them out, you'll be glad you did!
