Every time I have eaten anything out of the deli I have gotten sick. I cracked a tooth on a chicken bone in a deli piece if "boneless chicken". They would not cover any dental costs unless I provided them that bone - which I swallowed. TERRIBLE management. Don't eat their deli food.

Customer service has REALLY declined.Selection is down.Management offers more excuses than help.You need athletic shoes to chase down someone to help you.Nice that there aren't so many mask nazis skulking about by the door. Still quite annoying that there are so many uppity self righteous bigoted patrons who look down on anyone not wearing one of those worthless things. I used to go to Walmart multiple times each day.Now I avoid it. Maybe once every few weeks, and where the Tomah store was always the armpit of the chain because of poor management, the rest are following in its footsteps. It's sad.Sam and Helen would never have tolerated this. Thank God there are still other places in town.

Staff wears masks and even though they say you have to have a mask to enter about 50% of people either don't have one on at all or pop it down. Just annoying that my shopping experience is longer because I have to avoid maskless patrons. Three stars for 2/3 associates being helpful and nice.
