worst place to get tires. The sales person made me wait 15 minutes while he talked on the phone. just to pick up tires. He didn't have them reagy and only had one. It takes me 30 minutes to get there. Hr just laighed and didn't care. Never will go that again!

Very unprofessional, had an empty shop and told me they didn't have time to fix my tire unless I took it off My truck first. What a joke dude. Learn to run your business. I recommend everyone avoid this place and go to Sanborn's just down the road WAY BETTER.

I had been calling shops in the area, and nobody seems to carry 225 55 R19 size tires. I called Mr.Tire and they actually did have 4 tires that size! I was surprised because everywhere else would have to order them. I went there and snagged them up. Great guys, quick and friendly service. I will definitely be calling them if I have any more tire issues in the future.

Damsel in distress here. I found a screw embedded in my tire this morning, called them right away and Dan was able to get me in to assess the situation. I brought my vehicle in and he was able to get a "new" one on, due to the unpatchable extent my tire was in right away (apparently it had been patched 3x already). I needed a new set of tires anyway, so I set up a date to replace them. He then took the time out to go over cost for a new set of tires with me; finding the best deal on quality tires possible. Thank you Dan for your friendly, efficient service!

I stopped in about 7:45 am with a flat tire. ( Still on the vehicle).. basically stranded. Went inside the office. First thing the guy said to me was "how did you get in here?". Door was open. He then said "what can I do for you after 8:00". The guy was VERY unprofessional. I think he swore 3 times the entire time I was there and Then told me I could leave it there and they could get to it later today. Needless to say I was going to buy 2 new winter tires theo match the other two that I bought from them a year ago. He told me he couldn't get them cause he was having problems with a distributer and they weren't seeing eye to eye... doesn't surprise me! The guy has no personality and and if people skills were dynamite he would not have enough to blow his nose. I drove on the flat tire to another place.

Done a bunch of business with these guys in the past and was always nice, good work. Called today for an alignment my car desperately needs or it will eat my tires. They are busy and he said it would be a couple weeks and I can see that, good for them they have work. Told the guy I may call around because I need the car sooner than two weeks and he gets a bit nasty tells me go somewhere else. It wasn’t Kevin I would have recognized his voice, he was always great to deal with in the past.

Was humiliated and made to feel like a child when i thought i could charge what I could not pay at the time. Never made aware that they don't do that! Took my key off of my ring. I had to walk home and get the money! I will never return to that dump!!!

I went in with what appeared to be a nail in my tire. They quickly took it off, inspected it and found no puncture. No charge and very friendly owner and employee. Highly recommend.
