I had to call because I was running late due to the roads. They were nice and understanding. Once I got there they were Super welcoming. Their waiting room is really nice. I appreciated getting the video of my vehicle while I sat in the waiting room so I wasn’t going to be surprised if there were any issues. I’ll be back!

If I could give no stars I would. I have been given free tire rotation with my oil changes, but at my last appointment was told I had been getting charged for them. Cost extremely from the last appointment. Amber said the prices went up. The other customer service person, Kyle, was very cocky and kept interjecting when I was questioning the cost. He had no manners at all.
Will not be using Morries again. Certainly not like Brenningans.

The customer service at Morris is beyond excellent. Whenever I have a problem with my vehicle they make sure it gets fixed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants an amazing experience and excellent service when it comes to their vehicle.

First off I did not visit your establishment, my wife did. You continue to contact me even though she has on multiple occasions informed you it is her vehicle. You say you will correct your records but obviously that is just lip service. I personally don't trust Morries because I see the same employees when I go with my wife. I had horrible service experiences with Brennegans and for this reason have no hope that it would be any different. That's why I avoid bringing my truck to you for service.

Steve was great, he really seemed to care about the quality of his work as well as the importance of customer service. He gave me his card incase I had anymore questions or concerns, which I appreciated.
