Rush Hour towing took the vehicle to the wrong repair shop. Charged us $103. to go approximately 1 mile to the wrong place. The vehicle didnt get to the right place until the next day! When we called to complain, the owner says "haven't you ever made a mistake"? Yes we have, but then you try to rectify the mistake. Instead of yelling at us over the phone, the owner should have offered to reimburse at least half the towing charge. Their mistake cost us another day without our vehicle. It could have been done in one day. Very bad customer service.Inconsiderate owner.Service: Car towing
